About Our Youth Athletic Conditioning

Formula 55 will work with your kids ages 10-18 to improve their speed, agility, endurance, and strength in our indoor air conditioned facility. Whether you are involved in organized sports or just looking to be fit and healthy, we will further enhance your potential. We target the sports-specific needs of young athletes by developing programs to help increase performance and decrease risk of injuries. This includes but is not limited to plyometrics, body weight resistance, medicine ball work, band work,  speed drills, strength training, agility, mobility, flexibility, cardio equipment, and vertimax training.
